Uniprint Gets Their Hands Dirty for Mandela Day
August 23, 2016Categorised in: Blog
On Monday the 18th of July Uniprint held their Sales and Strategy Conference at Champagne Valley Sports Resort in the Central Drakensburg. The annual event provides the Sales Team with an opportunity to network and enjoy some well-deserved downtime with their colleagues, and this year a number of Uniprint employees took the time once the formalities had been concluded to give back to the community in the spirit of Mandela Day.
Closely located to the resort is Mjwayeli Primary School, an underprivileged and underfunded school which educates the children of the Central Drakensburg region. Knowing they could make a small difference, The Uniprint delegates visited Mjwayeli Primary School where they spent 67 minutes giving back to the community by painting one of the school’s classrooms.
As part of the #WeLoveLife initiative, the Uniprint delegates were incredibly happy to take part in the Mandela Day Challenge and everyone who participated found that taking the time to give back and help others is a truly rewarding feeling.
